Return & refund will be accepted in the events of: –
*Defective products
*Received incorrect items
*Expired products

Return & refund will not be accepted in the events of: –
*Change of mind
*Goods has been damaged by the customer
*Products packaging not as shown in the app or website’s image ( picture & image from our platform are for illustration purposes only)

  1. All return and refund request must be submitted to farmer’s grocer through email or WhatsApp within 24 hours upon goods received
  2. Farmer’s grocer reserve the right to reject customers return and refund request which submitted more than 24hours upon goods received
  3. All return & refund request will be inspected by farmer’s grocer. Customers will be informed for further action
  4. Customers will either be given an item exchange, refund or store credits

* Refund process

Any extra payment made will be reimburse to your payment card/account/e-wallet. Please allow 3-5 working days from goods received date to process your reimbursement. Please note each issuer bank will have different time periods from 7-14 working days to reflect the refunded sum in your bank account/ statement.

* Name
* Contact number
* Order id
* Date of item received
* Reason to be return or refund
* Photo(s) of faulty products
* Order receipt
