*Received incorrect items
*Expired products
Return & refund will not be accepted in the events of: –
*Change of mind
*Goods has been damaged by the customer
*Products packaging not as shown in the app or website’s image ( picture & image from our platform are for illustration purposes only)
- All return and refund request must be submitted to farmer’s grocer through email or WhatsApp within 24 hours upon goods received
- Farmer’s grocer reserve the right to reject customers return and refund request which submitted more than 24hours upon goods received
- All return & refund request will be inspected by farmer’s grocer. Customers will be informed for further action
- Customers will either be given an item exchange, refund or store credits
* Refund process
Any extra payment made will be reimburse to your payment card/account/e-wallet. Please allow 3-5 working days from goods received date to process your reimbursement. Please note each issuer bank will have different time periods from 7-14 working days to reflect the refunded sum in your bank account/ statement.
